Privacy Policy

Kumsorn is designed to work without an account. Your personal settings stay on your device.

What Kumsorn stores

Kumsorn stores your language, quote categories, saved quotes, reminder choices, selected font, background, app icon, wellbeing entries, goal text, daily quote-use count, and Premium entitlement locally on your device. Widget settings are also copied to Apple’s on-device app-group storage so your widgets can display them.

What we do not collect

Kumsorn does not require an account and does not operate a Kumsorn server. We do not collect, sell, rent, or share your name, email address, contacts, location, health information, saved quotes, goals, or wellbeing entries.

Optional ad measurement in newer versions

In versions of Kumsorn that include Meta ad measurement, iOS asks whether you allow tracking. Only if you allow it, Kumsorn uses Meta’s SDK to send app activation and limited subscription events to Meta. These events can include that you started an eligible free trial, made your first paid Premium subscription purchase, the subscription product, its price and currency, and device or app identifiers used for ad attribution. Meta’s SDK may also collect technical analytics and crash data. We use this to understand installs and subscriptions resulting from our ads. We do not send your saved quotes, goals, wellbeing entries, name, or email address to Meta. Apple processes the subscription payment; Meta does not receive your payment-card details from Kumsorn.

If you do not allow tracking, Kumsorn does not start Meta ad measurement. You can change your choice in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Meta processes information it receives under its Privacy Policy. Older versions of Kumsorn do not include this ad measurement.

Notifications and widgets

If you choose reminders, Kumsorn asks Apple for permission and schedules quote notifications on your device. Your widgets use the preferences and content you selected on the same device. You can change these settings or remove the app at any time.

Fonts and third parties

Kumsorn includes its font files inside the app and does not download fonts while you use it. Subscription payments are processed by Apple; Kumsorn receives the on-device transaction and entitlement information needed to unlock Premium and, where you allow tracking in a version with Meta ad measurement, report the limited subscription events described above.

Your choices

You can turn reminders off in Kumsorn or iOS Settings. You can change tracking permission in iOS Settings. Removing Kumsorn removes its local app data, subject to Apple’s device backup settings. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
